Solar panels, batteries, generators and electricity networks represent billions in investment. Our first goal is to get more clean energy out of them, before anything new is built.

Countries across the region have committed to cutting emissions: Saudi Arabia to net zero by 2060, the United Arab Emirates by 2050, and Morocco to 52% renewable electricity capacity by 2030. Every kilowatt-hour of solar the grid can accept, and every litre of diesel avoided, moves those goals closer.
